Blockage on East Foothill Until 5 p.m. Today

The center lanes of East Foothill Blvd will be blocked from Mountain to Shamrock Ave both directions until 5p.m today to repair water utilities. Signs will be posted- please drive safely around work crews. http://goo.gl/xXYD2
