Assemblyman Tim Donnelly, who represents part of Monrovia, slams LAPD Police Chief Charlie Beck for "having no regard for the law" on immigration. He writes on Facebook: "So LAPD Chief Beck has no regard for the law, but he wants you and I to obey the law.
