A Chance on a Bike in Trade for Candy | Donnelly Responds to Responsiveness Complaints

~ On the day after Halloween the Y will be at Monrovia elementary schools collecting candy. For every pound of candy children turn in they will get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a bike. One bike per school. If you would like to be a sponsor for $500, $250 or $100, contact Cheryl Reynolds at cherylreynolds@ymcala.org

~ After a complaint on Monrovia Patch ( http://goo.gl/g4Jn5 )by someone who did not receive a response to his communication with Assemblyman Tim Donnelly (who represents part of Monrovia), Donnelly wrote on Facebook: "Please let me know if you've attempted to contact my office and let me know have you been ignored as this blogger alleges or have your concerns been addressed. Also, let me know your suggestions for how to improve our outreach if you have any ideas." Also, the people who commented on the non-response updated their comments to say Donnelly had contacted them.
