Monrovia School Board Member Rob Hammond's Exploding Mailbox

Former mayor (and current school board member) Rob Hammond, reports that his mailbox was blown up. He takes it rather lightly, writing on Facebook: "To my knowledge our mailbox never had a bad thought or acted negatively towards anyone."
