~ Video: Senator Bob Huff, who represents Monrovia, says the vote for raising money for a high-speed rail line is not planned out, will initially connect low-population Central Valley areas, and is just for Governor Brown's legacy. http://goo.gl/0Zutv

~ Assemblyman Tim Donnelly, who represents part of Monrovia, didn't like it either. He wrote on Facebook that "This highly unpopular plan is more like a high speed train robbery."
