~ The Gold Line Construction Authority complained to the LA Board of Supervisors today that the Metro is violating the law on a number of counts, including the Metro funding transportation projects that were not authorized by Measure R before funding a project that was authorized by Measure R, that is, the Foothill extension to Claremont.
