Watch Out! Monrovia Police Looking for Unbuckled Seat Belts
The Monrovia Police Department will be participating in the 2012 National Click It or Ticket campaign, May 21-June 3, during which there will be "maximum high-visibility seatbelt enforcement both day and night."
