~ Star-News Editor Steve Scauzillo has been on a crusade to promote the Peck Road Water Conservation Park, just a smidge south of Monrovia and open to Monrovians. Now he is promoting a group that is being formed to spiff up the park. It really is a nice water park, but the sign on Peck Road is almost impossible to see, and when you do see it it looks trashy.
