All the numbers aren't in yet, but the Los Angeles Times is calling the races for both Republican candidates, David Dreier and Tim Donnelly. So, assuming the Times is right (and it would be no surprise if it is) Dreier goes back to the House of Representatives and Donnelly and Portantino go to the State Assembly.
