Restaurant to Open at Monrovia's Aztec Hotel?

The parking lot at the Aztec Hotel on Foothill is being redone. What's happening? Well, Planning Division Manager Craig Jimenez writes:

"One of the conditions of approval for the restaurant to open is that the parking lot needed to be replaced. My understanding is that the Aztec is in negotiations with a restaurateur to operate the Mayan Room, however, at this point nothing new has been submitted to the City."
