On the June 17 Monrovia City Council agenda ( http://goo.gl/3LkGqY ):
- Reconsider adopting a ban on plastic carry-out grocery bags. http://goo.gl/pwpIzq
- Adopt budget for 2014-15 fiscal year. Nice discussion in the staff report ( http://goo.gl/KvCx4Y ) showing a slow but steady economic recovery for the city.
- Consider repealing an ordinance that prohibits loitering by sex offenders. A court has ruled against such ordinances and therefore they cannot be enforced. http://goo.gl/pBYkcg
