High winds may affect power in parts of North Monrovia
Southern California Edison is warning that there may be power outages in these parts of Monrovia due to high winds. Details. (Zoom in to get Monrovia.) Cutoffs would be intentional, to prevent the possibility of fires sparked by electrical mishaps combined with dry weather.
