Monrovia will hold a family-friendly Halloween Spooktacular on Oct. 31 at Library Park, 3-6 p.m. It will feature a costume contest (registration at 3 p.m.) with categories for all ages, a pumpkin patch, photo booth, activity booths, and trick-or-treat in Old Town. Entry is free.
