A Moment in Monrovia History: Meat and Potatoes - 25 Cents

Monrovia Restaurant around 1887. Map drawn on back shows on NE side of Orange (Colorado) from Myrtle -- Bank, Seymore Grocery, Joseph Jubile's Pool Hall, John Isaac Wesley Fisher's Blacksmith Shop (at 109 E. Orange), vacant, Central House (rooming house run by the McAlonan family). If the small boy in the front row on the bottom step at right is Julian Fisher, that may indicate the date to be around 1905. From the Myron Hotchkiss collection. See full details here.
