  1. Ain't that so sweet, all this free stuff given away by "compassionate", loving...such wonderful people on the City Council, as they pat themselves on the back for their wonderful work.

    It's not their money. Why not spend it freely? They can always invent a new "fee" to finance their humanitarian campaigns.

    And do such benificent campaigns produce changed people?

    No.

    Why then do the savants of the City keep pissing money away?

    Image. Posturing. Fakery. Reelection desires, to be in a worthless job, get paid for it, "great stewards of taxpayer money" they pose as.

    I guess the taxpayers, or most of them, are committed to stupidity and ultimate bankruptcy of the City.

  3. Thanks for sharing! Care Solace’s website lists their work with school districts, mostly; but, their work with Monrovia will be accessible for all in the City, yes? If so, can we simply inform the homeless folks that we encounter in the City to call them for assistance?
