Pets are often frightened by fireworks, so for their safety on the Fourth of July don't bring your pet to the fireworks show. Have a quiet room with toys and music to distract them from any fireworks noise, and make sure your pet has a collar with an updated ID tag and microchip so it can be returned to you if he happens to run away.
