The Historic Preservation Commission (agenda here) will consider recommending that the two houses on former City Historian Steve Baker's property (508-512 South Ivy) be designated as an historic landmark. The Blair and Brossart houses were built by early Monrovians. The houses are being renovated to be a bed and breakfast. Details.
