McDonald's Original Monrovia Restaurant Focused on Barbecue
The website, The Daily Meal, reports that the original McDonald's restaurant, the octagonal Airdrome, located near the Monrovia Airport, actually focused on ribs and barbecued pork sandwiches. Ray Kroc, who bought the company, pared the menu down to hamburgers. More.
