Monrovia Police Department is asking that anyone who may have witnessed the Sept. 8 accident at the corner of Duarte Road and Fifth Avenue, in which a child died in a burning car, to please contact Monrovia PD Investigation Detective Travis Ortega (626) 256-8049.
