The Upper San Gabriel Valley Water District is accepting artwork until 5 p.m. May 1 for its annual "Water is Life" art contest on the theme, "Being Water Wise Is...". Students in grades K-12 are eligible to participate. Submissions are due by May 1st at 5 p.m. Details
