The restaurant, Dave's Hot Chicken, born in East Hollywood (daveshotchicken.com) will be taking over the old Applebee's restaurant site on Huntington Drive. Right nearby, at the site of the former Black Angus restaurant, will be an In-N-Out Burger. Both projects are in building plan check now.
