The Monrovia Police Department will recognize several of its employees at an award ceremony at 2:30 p.m., Sept. 8, in the City Council chambers.
Officer James Ruano will receive the Medal of Merit, and Agent David Andrew and Dispatcher Christal Stubbe will receive the Distinguished Service Medal.
