Next Up In Monrovia Utility Box Art
As you've no doubt noticed, many (20, to be exact) of Monrovia's utility boxes have been artistically painted. But there are six more coming, according to the Community Development Department's Over the Counter Blog (https://is.gd/v12DaK). And here they are:
