Monrovia City staff reports that it "recently
reached out to each hotel operator to understand the impacts of the Stay At Home Order on their
revenues. Based on that contact, hotel occupancy rates have essentially gone from 80-90%
occupancy, which is the norm for Monrovia, to 10-15% occupancy."

I work at a nearby hotel and can confirm that one to two months ago, our occupancy was between 5 and 15%. Recently, however, we have managed to stay between 30 and 60%.
