The County website you link to also includes 6 cases in county territory south of Monrovia and 15 additional cases at the Monrovia Gardens care home (10 staff and five patients) along with one death. These are in addition to the 39 already attributed to Monrovia - so the actual number of confirmed cases here is now 60, with one death.
