The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory in effect from 11 p.m. tonight to noon on Halloween. Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected focused near hills and canyons in the San Gabriel Valley and some other locations. Gusts will make driving difficult and could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down.
