There will be a candlelight vigil at 8 p.m. tonight in Library Park asking for Amanda Custer's return. Custer has been missing since Monday morning. A man suspected of kidnapping her has been arrested but she has not been found. The vigil is being organized by Monrovian Carmen Martinez.
