City Council Will Review: Homelessness Plan, Library Park Proposals, GoMonrovia

At a study session at 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, the Monrovia City Council will:

- Discuss the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments Homeless Response Plan.

-  Review proposed Library Park enhancements.

- Hear an update of the GoMonrovia transportation program, and review possible program changes.
