At its March 15 meeting (agenda: http://goo.gl/u9DY3R ), the Monrovia City Council will consider ...
- Hiring Gibson Transportation Consulting, Inc., for $12,000 to study "the impact of the Gold Line on the traffic flow at key intersections." http://goo.gl/teS3cy
- Establishing a ban on smoking in public parks. http://goo.gl/KLRvYW
- Spending $10,000 to educate and train city council members. http://goo.gl/FRQmf3
- Adding Station Square Park (at the train station) to the list of city designated parks. http://goo.gl/QPCDaz
- Brad Haugaard
Why, oh why, is the city forking out $12k to study something which should've been addressed in the initial planning of the Gold Line extension?!?
