Citrus College, which serves Monrovia, has appointed Dr. Maryann Tolano-Leveque as dean of students. Dr. Tolano-Leveque brings more than a decade of experience in higher education to Citrus College. Most recently, she served as director of the Honors Program at Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC).
