~ Citrus College, which serves Monrovia, has once again this year been named one of the nation's top degree and certificate producing two-year institutions by Community College Week. The bi-weekly magazine releases a special report featuring the top 100 degree and certificate producing two-year institutions in the nation. This year, Citrus College was included on seven of the 44 lists, the most since the magazine began publishing the report in 2003.
