Xencor reports:
"Net loss for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015 was $10.0 million, or $(0.25) on a fully diluted per share basis, compared to a net loss of $6.3 million or $(0.20) on a fully diluted per share basis, for the same period in 2014. For the nine months ended September 30, 2015, net loss was $25.3 million, or $(0.66) on a fully diluted per share basis, compared to a net loss of $15.1 million, or $(0.48) on a fully diluted per share basis for the same period in 2014. The increased loss for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015 over the same periods in 2014 is due to increased spending in both the research and development and general and administrative areas and the increase in stock based compensation charges." http://goo.gl/altRsH
