~ The State Senate has passed AB 288, a bill by Monrovia's Assemblyman Chris Holden that creates a partnership between community college districts and high schools to allow high school students to take college-level courses at their high schools or on college campuses. It now comes back to the Assembly to deal with amendments added by the Senate. Source: press release
