United Thrift Store, at the United Methodist Church at 140 E. Palm Ave., welcomes donations of clothing, shoes, bags, household items, jewelry, books, miscellaneous items and cash donations. No large furniture. Tax receipts available at church office upon request. The thrift store is open Tuesadys and Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and benefits the Foothills Pregnancy Resource Center and the church. 303-2783.
