Monrovia Library's Elizabeth Schneider, librarian for teens, has written a book about putting on teen programming in libraries called, "Create, Relate, & Pop @ the Library." At the July 24 Library Board meeting, she was recognized for her work and did a mini book signing. City of Monrovia Photo.
