The Mediterranean Garden Grill, at 335 W. Foothill Blvd., will be replaced with a new restaurant called Cafe X20, according to a report from the Monrovia Design Review Committee.
There are other to Cafe X20s in the area, including in Glendora and La Verne. They seem to be a hookah bar type restaurant. Here is the company's website: http://www.cafex2o.com/
