~ Assemblyman Chris Holden, who represents Monrovia, has submitted a bill (AB 299) that would prohibit any pharmacy - in-state or out-of-state - from requiring recipients to either a) get their meds by mail or, b) not get them by mail. http://goo.gl/2I0UF Comment: Not sure why this is necessary.
