There will be a Monrovia City Council candidate forum at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 14 in the Council Chambers at the Monrovia City Hall. If you watch on KGEM, you can submit questions by calling 932-5550. The candidates are: Alexander Blacburn, Robert Parry, and Larry Spicer.
