I read the news and was suprised that profits for the shareholders was one of the motivaions. The corportion expressed some regret at the negative effect that it would have on the commmunity - But, that's the way it is - But I will say that the Monrovia Albertsons is a nice story, large, clean aisles, well lit, with a helpful staff. I'm glad to hear that it missed the chopoping block. But next year may be a different story. Folks, if you want to keep it, stand up, say something.
