How delightful of our City to seek our input on a weekday afternoon, when most citizens and taxpayers cannot possibly attend. And other than here on Monrovia Today, how has notification of this study session been made to the citizens? I try to stay in touch on City events and this one totally got by me. I've been at more than one meeting in the past 2 weeks wherein City employees and Council members announced upcoming issues and events, and yet no one mentioned this public session on an important issue. Hhhhmmmmmm.... one wonders why it wasn't brought up....
